Urban Planners often make the mistake of writing building and zoning codes prior to the establishment of a rational Urban fabric for a given town or city, a sound urban footprint can only be designed properly by experienced urban designers who hold the rules of proper dimensions and proportions in their heads intuitively. It is true that with the invention of the automobile cities have significantly deteriorated in the quality of pedestrian experiences, but by properly designing street sections and zoning vehicular traffic we can still achieve modern cities and towns that are walkable and pleasant. The process of planning a city is the largest scale of Civic Art available to mankind. We are proud to be one of the few Architecture institutes in the Globe with vast experiences in this large scale of design and we look forward to continue collaborating with municipalities to provide urban solutions.
